Job summary

Henco Plumbing Services is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to deliver expert plumbing solutions with a best-in-class customer experience across homeowners in the Vancouver/Clark County, Portland Metro, and Salem/Central Willamette Valley areas. You will diagnose and repair residential systems, install fixtures, and respond to service calls with high workmanship standards.

The role requires a valid WA or OR plumber license, strong troubleshooting skills, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington or Oregon Plumber License.
• Strong residential plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (Marijuana OK).

Physical Requirements

• Working in crawl spaces, trenches, and confined areas
• Assisting with septic system, underground line, and excavation-related work when required
