Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking a motivated Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply on the job.
• Proven ability in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to present options and services.
• Educate customers on best maintenance plans and options.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quality repairs.

We’re currently seeking a motivated PlumbingService Technicianto join our team. As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, and maintain residential Plumbing systems with attention to detail and care, contributing to high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

The Role

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right options necessary and the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options and maintenance plans.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.
