Job summary

Blaze Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Service Plumber in Greensboro, NC who can diagnose and fix home plumbing, educate customers, and maintain organized job sites. You will work on installations, maintenance, and repairs with a customer-centric approach.

The role requires 2+ years of residential plumbing experience, knowledge of codes and safety, and the ability to manage inventory and drive a service fleet.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience minimum.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems, guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers.
• Educate customers on their plumbing systems, functions, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $100,000+/yr
