R S Andrews of Tidewater Heating, Cooling is seeking a residential plumber for full-time, year-round work in Chesapeake, VA. Pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 plus commission; sign-on up to $5,000 based on experience and interview.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems such as water heaters, sewer mains, and drain systems, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
• Water heater replacement experience a plus
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces or tight areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
