Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, disposals, sump pumps, and filtration systems.
- Troubleshoot leaks, drains, sewer-line, and water-supply issues.
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer-camera inspections, water-line repairs, and repiping.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers.
- Document jobs using ServiceTitan or similar software.
- Follow Virginia plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards.

Employment: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency service
- Earn $85,000–$160,000+ annually through our competitive, performance-based compensation program.

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Master or Journeyman Plumbing Service Technician. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and repair skills and can independently provide high-quality plumbing solutions while delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, filtration systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, sewer-line issues, and water-supply problems.
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer-camera inspections, water-line repairs, and repiping.
- Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.
- Document jobs using ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.
- Follow Virginia plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, office staff, and management.
- Participate in scheduled on-call and emergency-service rotations.
- Virginia Master or Journeyman Plumber license preferred.
- 5–8+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
- Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
