Magnolia Plumbing, LLC in the DC metropolitan area is seeking motivated Residential Plumbing Service Apprentices to start a long-term career in plumbing. We provide hands-on training for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and customer-focused.

Responsibilities include assisting with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues, maintaining systems, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction, while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work long hours when needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
• Help service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and daily documentation.
• Follow company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish on every service call.
