Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Service Apprentice in Tucson, AZ. This is an entry-level role for someone ready to learn residential plumbing from the ground up, working alongside experienced technicians on service calls and maintenance visits.

Pay is $18-$20/hour with hands-on training and a clear path to progression toward Plumbing Service Technician. 30% of our plumbers are promoted from within, and we emphasize doing things the right way.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role learning residential plumbing from the ground up.
• Experience as a plumbing apprentice or in trades preferred.
• Valid driverF s license with clean driving record for past 2 years.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Support Plumbing Service technicians on residential service calls and maintenance visits.
• Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.
• Keep job sites, tools, and the company vehicle safe, clean, and properly stocked.
• Deliver a professional customer experience on every job.
• Train through Goettl's in-house programs and build the skills needed for promotion to Plumbing Service Technician.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn matter most
• Experience as a plumbing apprentice or other work in trades is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 2 years
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
