Job summary

Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a Plumbing Service Apprentice to support licensed plumbers on service calls in Louisville, CO. You will learn to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, fixture issues, and water heater problems under supervision while gaining hands-on experience with tools and blueprints.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities for licensing assistance, and weekly pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues on service calls.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for service calls and basic pipe tasks.
• Learn to read blueprints and work orders to understand job requirements.
• Support testing of water pressure, drainage, and system performance.
• Document work performed and provide customer-friendly explanations of repairs.
• Ensure customer property is protected and cleaned after service.

We are looking to bring on several full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.Position Summary As a Plumbing Service Apprentice, you'll support licensed plumbers on service calls, learning to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, fixture issues, and water heater problems under direct supervision. You'll gain hands-on experience with tools, blueprints, and diagnostic equipment while developing the technical foundation needed to advance in the plumbing trade.
