You will work with field technicians and supervisors, promote brand image, monitor jobs to meet timelines, and provide accurate plumbing solutions. A valid driver's license and 2 years residential plumbing experience are required; a team focus and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Conduct outside sales to club and non-club customers, focusing on Plumbing Safety Inspection and sewer/drain department.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and adhering to company policies while using company vehicles.
• Job Management: Monitor plumbing repair, sewer and re-pipe jobs daily to ensure progress and contractual timelines.
• Collaboration: Work with Field Drain Techs, Sewer Supervisors, PSI technicians and Sales Coordinators to meet customer and company objectives.
• Customer Relations: Resolve contractual and job performance concerns with customers and Supervisors.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing, camera operation, drain issues, and installation methods using standard tools and equipment.

The Plumbing Sales Representative generates and secures plumbing sales through various leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and company growth. This position involves accurate job bidding, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales quotas. The role reports to the Install Manager and requires working closely with field technicians and supervisors.
