Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience; consultative sales experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Current and valid driver's license in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Support plumbers conducting inspections to assess maintenance needs.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues and conduct general maintenance.
• Assist clients professionally by developing customer service skills.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations, identifying and mitigating hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and document findings.
• Participate in on-the-job training and attend workshops for professional development.
• Stay updated with plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
