Responsibilities

• Review preliminary design and calculations for bid estimates.
• Review pricing for materials, labor, freight and fabrication.
• Identify competitive vendors to ensure competitive bids.
• Prepare change orders for customers.
• Attend jobsite meetings and verify installation progress.
• Maintain labor projections and discuss status with management.
• Assist with turnover meetings and follow-up with customers.
• Lead project management with designer and construction superintendent.
