Job summary

Mr. Holland’s Home Services in Jackson, WI, is seeking a Plumbing Operations Manager to lead our plumbing team in the field and in the shop.

A valid Wisconsin Master Plumber license is highly preferred as this role combines hands-on plumbing with leadership and regulatory oversight. You will conduct ride-alongs, manage field reports, drive revenue through field repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing license.
• Proven track record in plumbing operations management or senior supervisory field role.
• Experience with plumbing dispatch software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record; pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of plumbing technicians and provide field training, coaching, and safety oversight.
• Perform plumbing repairs in the field to contribute to company revenue targets.
• Oversee daily dispatching, scheduling, site field reports, and workflow optimization.
• Utilize master-level plumbing knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and assist technicians.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain top-tier service reputation.
• Enforce industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies on all job sites.

We are searching for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Operations Managerto join our team in Jackson, WI. A valid Wisconsin Master Plumber license is highly preferred for this role as it combines hands‑on plumbing expertise, team leadership, and regulatory oversight. This key role would be responsible for doing ride a longs while also working in the field to bring in revenue. Other responsibilities include site safety, plumbing repairs, site field reports and supervision of other plumbers. • Base Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 annually (dependent on experience and licensing).

What You’ll Do:

• Field Leadership:Manage and lead a team of plumbing technicians; perform ride-alongs to provide field training, coaching, and safety oversight.

What You Bring:

• Licensing:Must possess a valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing license.
• Experience:Proven track record in plumbing operations management, service management, or a senior supervisory field role.
• Tech Skills:Experience plumbing industry dispatch software is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills:Excellent verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Requirements:Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
