Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship.
• Valid plumbing license or certification as required by the state.
• Minimum of 5 years in plumbing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and plumbing technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal codes and company safety standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to guarantee workmanship meets standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on project progress to senior management.
• Implement and promote safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve operations.
