Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking a Plumbing Branch Manager to oversee all facets of the Ocala, FL location. You will hire personnel to maintain workload and drive growth while creating efficiencies and minimizing operating costs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in management or team leadership and 3 years in plumbing installation or repair, with strong communication and customer-service skills.

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is accepting applications for an Plumbing Branch Manager.As the branch manager you will be responsible for all facets of the location. Duties will include hiring personnel to maintain the workload and achieving growth. You will create and maintain efficiencies, minimize operating costs while providing a high level of service to our customers both internal and external.

Specific Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Plumbing installation or repair experience
