Carhart Plumbing Inc. is seeking a reliable Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Associate to support warehouse and field operations by receiving, inspecting, stocking, and delivering plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, timely deliveries to jobsites and company locations, and keeping the warehouse organized. Practical knowledge of plumbing materials and general mechanical knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficient math and counting for inventory checks.
• Experience with receiving, labeling, storing, and transferring stock.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify quantities, inspect items, and document discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory using company systems.
• Stock and organize warehouse materials for ready access.
• Restock trucks and stage materials for crews.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and company locations safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager, staff, plumbers, and drivers.
• Complete daily reports and respond to emails and requests.
