Korte Does It All is seeking a motivated Plumbing Maintenance Technician with 2+ years of plumbing experience to grow skills, earn more, and build a long-term career in the trades. • 2+ years residential plumbing or general plumbing experience.
• Experience talking with customers face-to-face.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair or replacement options.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Provide 5-star service and build trust with homeowners.
• Create detailed job notes, invoices, and estimates in ServiceTitan.
