Job summary

Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Chattanooga is seeking a lead plumbing installer who can own the job, deliver high‑quality installs, and keep sites clean and organized. No babysitting—just a team that gets after it and a company that invests in your future.

You will pre‑measure sites, install and test equipment, document work in ServiceTitan, pursue certifications as needed, and proudly represent the company on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
