Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments while maintaining safety and professionalism on job sites.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of plumbing or drain cleaning experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments including digging and lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of local and nationals plumbing code is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Keep job sites organized and assist with clean-up throughout service and installation work.

• Interact professionally with homeowners and city officials when needed.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As a Plumbing Laborer, you will assist plumbing technicians with residential plumbing jobs and support the service team in the field.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, working condition

• Keep job sites organized and assist with clean-up throughout service and installation work

• Help prepare job sites and materials for plumbing work as directed by supervisors

• Interact professionally with homeowners and city officials when needed

• Support underground plumbing work including digging, trenching, and line repairs

• Assemble, transport, and organize materials, equipment, and tools required for plumbing projects
• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, gas, and sewer systems, including trenching, excavation, and specialized pipe rehabilitation methods under supervision
• Perform basic construction and restoration work, including cutting wall and floor openings, pouring concrete, and restoring work areas following plumbing repairs
• Support underground plumbing operations by preparing tunnels, stabilizing work areas, and assisting with related repair activities
• Fabricate and install plumbing support components, including threaded rods and pipe hangers
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools commonly used in the plumbing trade
• Comply with all company safety policies, quality standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable departmental procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

This role provides hands-on experience and training with opportunities to grow into a Plumbing Technician or Service Plumber role.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-3 years of plumbing or drain cleaning experience

• Previous work experience and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments including digging and lifting equipment

• Knowledge of local and nationals plumbing code is desired
• Valid driver's license is required

• Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed with minimal supervision
