Job summary

Service Champions is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer specializing in underground and residential systems. You will handle repipes, redrains, and trenchless methods from start to finish on complex residential projects.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing PEX, copper, poly, ABS, cast iron, and water heaters, while ensuring all work complies with codes. You will work in field environments with safety and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong background in underground plumbing incl. boring, pipe bursting, liners.
• Extensive experience with residential repipes and redrains.
• Proficiency with PEX, copper, poly pipe, ABS, cast iron.
• Experience with in-home consultative sales is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.

• Competitive flat-rate pay ($70,000-$170,000 per year including monthly bonus')

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$50,000 - $100,000 USD
