Qualifications

  • Eight years experience as a journeyman or master plumber.
  • Must hold valid journeyman or master plumber license in Kentucky at time of employment.
  • Travel required for inspections.
  • Proficient communication and customer service.
  • Knowledge of Kentucky State Plumbing Law, Regulations and Code.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect all plumbing installations and report violation findings.
  • Perform preliminary reviews of local plans concerning plumbing and sanitation.
  • Maintain files, reports, and permits.
  • Issue permits electronically and process payments.
  • Monitor licensee statuses and water heater device reporting.
