Job summary

Willdan's Public Agency Resources (PARS) seeks a licensed Illinois plumber to provide part-time municipal inspection services for a Lake County community.

The role involves residential and commercial inspections, with occasional plan reviews, within a professional municipal environment. A valid IL plumbing license and driver’s license are required, and weekday inspections are expected. Excellent communication with contractors and residents is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Illinois plumber's license.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to conduct inspections during weekday business hours.
• Prior municipal inspection or plan review experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgement, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Limited plumbing plan review may also be performed as needed.
