Job summary

Renjoy is seeking a hands-on Plumbing & HVAC Technician to support 200+ vacation homes across Colorado Springs. You’ll diagnose and repair plumbing, service HVAC systems, patch and finish, close tickets daily, and document every task in Breezeway with photos and materials.

We require real, practical plumbing experience—snaking, fixture repair, water heaters—and working HVAC knowledge. A valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on plumbing experience including snaking, fixture repair, and water heater service.
• Working HVAC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot furnaces.
• Strong time-management and real-time task logging in Breezeway.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair plumbing issues and replace fixtures as needed.
• Service HVAC systems and replace filters.
• Patch and finish drywall and painting after plumbing/HVAC work.
• Close tickets same-day and document work with photos in Breezeway.
• Log tasks and materials the day they occur.
