Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and operating functions at the sales counter, including order processing and fulfillment.
• Provide prompt, friendly service; assist customers with product selection and technical questions.
• Handle customer phone orders and respond to inquiries.
• Process orders, returns, and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers and sales associates by pulling and preparing orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and work areas.
• Collaborate with the team to serve repeat plumbing/HVAC customers.
• During peak periods, assist as order runner and help with deliveries.
