Job summary

ARS is seeking energetic laborers to support plumbing crews on residential service sites. You will help maintain gear and vehicles, assist with installations under supervision, and keep work areas clean and organized.

The role requires reliability, good communication, and availability for evenings and weekends. Potential sign-on bonuses may be offered based on experience and the offer letter terms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Prior plumbing and drain cleaning exposure is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean, good working condition.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization throughout the service process.
• Manual excavation tasks as needed.
• Assist with installation of plumbing materials under supervision.
• Represent the company with city officials and prepare sites as directed.
