Job summary

The Maynor Service Company in Apex, NC is hiring two Plumbing Field Supervisors to lead our residential new construction plumbing division. You will guide crews, coordinate with builders and office teams, and ensure homes are built on schedule with top quality and inspections readiness.

You have a strong background in residential plumbing, at least five years in supervisory roles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple job sites safely and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices.
• Experience managing production home schedules and multiple job sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with builders, office staff, warehouse personnel, and field crews.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential new construction plumbing crews.
• Communicate daily with the office, warehouse, builders, and field personnel.
• Manage warranty items within your assigned communities.
• Prepare material lists and submit daily job packs.
• Review materials with crews each morning before they leave the warehouse.
• Confirm all scheduled jobs are ready for the following day's work.
• Ensure homes are completed and ready for inspections.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and job progress across multiple communities.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

What You'll Do
