Job summary

On-Board is seeking a Mid-Level Plumbing Designer to support the design and execution of plumbing systems for advanced industrial facility projects in Cincinnati. You will independently perform plumbing design assignments, develop construction-ready designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams, and provide field support to document existing conditions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical plumbing design experience, or 5+ years with an Associate’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience designing waste and vent, domestic hot and cold water, and stormwater systems for buildings.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of applicable plumbing codes.
• Understanding of clash detection, clash resolution, and multidisciplinary building system coordination.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and construction personnel.
• Strong interest in building design and construction.

Job Location: Cincinnati, OH; remote work flexibility with 2 days in office per week

Shift: 40 hrs per week, Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
