Stantec’s Northeast practice is seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer to join our Buildings team. You will design a broad range of plumbing systems from concept through construction documents, collaborating with the MEP group to meet project goals.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required. A degree in Drafting/Design and a minimum of 5 years' plumbing experience are necessary; CPD is preferred. This role offers a collaborative, design-led environment with strong pay transparency.

Join a Top 10 design firm as an experienced Plumbing Designer in our Northeast
practice. As an integral member of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
team, the Plumbing Designer will have the ability to design a broad range of
plumbing systems, including specialized plumbing systems, from conceptual design through
construction documents.

Pay Range:
Locations in MN, OH, VT, & Various CA, ME, NY, VA Areas-$90,900.00 - $131,800.00 Annually
Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ, VA Areas-$100,000.00 - $145,000.00 Annually
Locations in WA, DC & Various CA, MA, VA Areas-$107,300.00 - $155,500.00 Annually
Locations in NYC & CA (Bay Area) & NJ (RP)-$114,500.00 - $166,100.00 Annually
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.

Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
