Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. is seeking a Counter Sales Representative at our Medford, OR location. You will greet customers, apply product expertise, and guide informed purchases while processing orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will also support a clean, safe warehouse, assist in training and ongoing education, and participate in a team-driven environment that emphasizes growth, efficiency, and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
• Basic knowledge of products in Warehouse, Plumbing, Retail/Customer Service Environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes.
• General math skills to allow for cash accounting.
• An ability to learn is a must-have!
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and courteously assist customers with their needs.
• Share plumbing and product expertise to guide purchases.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and knowledge.
• Accurately and timely fill customer orders.
• Check in and put away material, verifying quantity and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, clear aisles.
• Load & unload customer vehicles safely as needed.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Continuously update product knowledge to assist at the counter.
• Enter customer orders, transfers, quotations, inventory, pricing.
• Follow-up on orders and resolve problems for customer satisfaction.
