Job summary

Paschal Home Services, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our Tulsa team. You will report to customers’ homes on time, educate clients on system use and maintenance, and assist with installation and repair of water heaters.

You’ll work with various tools and support safety and quality throughout every job. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a respectful, service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and manuals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of plumbing tools, methods and safety practices is expected.
• Familiarity with code requirements and safety standards in plumbing work.
• Accurate diagnostic abilities and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
• Basic computer skills for timekeeping, billing and payments are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to customers' homes on time with foundational knowledge of the work.
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips and prevention techniques; suggest beneficial services.
• Install and remove water heaters as required.
• Use various tools including hand-tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines and propress.
• Assess service needs using technical skills and experience.
• Maintain safe working conditions and personal safety at all times.
• Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers as needed.
• Document outcomes of each work order in detail.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
