Responsibilities

Manage stress and handle difficult customer situations.
Maintain flexible schedule and dependable attendance.
Address customer concerns promptly and accurately.
Operate company vehicles following laws and keep vehicle clean.
Follow safety training and adhere to safety instructions.
Use hand and power tools, meters, and plumbing test equipment.
Perform skilled plumbing maintenance: repairing, installing, and altering equipment.
Submit customer invoices via company iPad with proper documentation.
