Job summary

SSH Real Estate in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our family‑oriented team. You will assist the Lead Plumber, prepare job sites, and help ensure safety and quality on every project.

We offer a 40‑hour week, Monday–Friday with weekends off, excellent benefits including medical and life insurance, PTO and holidays, a company matched 401(k), and a $3,000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the trades.
• Must possess a set of basic hand tools.
• Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening.
• Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of the service truck.
• Prepare and set up the job site for the Lead Plumber.
• Communicate clearly with the Plumber regarding any safety related issues.
• Must be willing to complete any repair as directed by the Plumber
