This is an opportunity to learn the trade through hands‑on field experience while working alongside experienced plumbing professionals. You will develop practical skills, learn how quality plumbing work is performed, and gain experience that can help you progress toward becoming a licensed plumber in Washington.
We are looking for someone who arrives on time, works hard, takes direction well, and understands that building a skilled‑trades career requires commitment and consistency. You do not need to know everything on your first day, but you must be ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in your work.
Previous construction, plumbing, mechanical, maintenance, or other hands‑on trade experience is helpful but not required. The right attitude, reliability, and commitment to learning are essential.
