• Learn to identify plumbing components and proper installation methods
• Follow safety requirements and directions from the assigned plumber
• Communicate respectfully with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Accurately document apprenticeship hours and activities
• Develop technical knowledge to advance in the plumbing trade

What You’ll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing and drain-service work

• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
• Ability to pass all applicable pre-employment requirements
• Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of our South Puget Sound service area

Previous construction, plumbing, mechanical, maintenance, or other hands‑on trade experience is helpful but not required. The right attitude, reliability, and commitment to learning are essential.
