Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking experienced Drain Cleaning Technicians to service Southeast Michigan. You will perform drain cleaning and minor plumbing repairs, diagnose issues, and clearly communicate pricing and solutions to customers while delivering top-quality service.

Dispatched from home daily with a take-home company vehicle, you’ll work without late-night calls and burnout schedules, enjoying strong earning potential and independence on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or related mechanical trades preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in plumbing, sewer, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade is preferred-but not required
• A candidate who demonstrates mechanical aptitude, dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and other members of the team

• A valid driver's license with fewer than six points preferred
