Haller Enterprises is seeking an experienced residential plumber to join a team that values quality workmanship and steady work. You will perform diagnostics, installations, and repairs, with strong support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Journeyman's or Master's license is a plus.
• Background check, physical evaluation, drug screening, and MVR required.
• ServiceTitan trained is a plus.
• Comfortable using iPad and mobile technology for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, well pumps, and water treatment systems.
• Complete re-pipe and remodeling projects.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Mentor apprentices and less-experienced technicians.
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company-provided technology.

What We Need From You

• REQUIRED: 5 + years of residential plumbing experience.
• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
