Job summary

Lula Maintenance Services is seeking an independent 1099 Plumbing Repair Pro to support property maintenance across the Mansfield area. The role requires owning tools and materials and completing vendor onboarding. You will work with Lula Pros and per-property requirements.

Applicants should have experience in rental property maintenance, maintain professionalism, and be able to set their own hours and rates. Email inquiries and onboarding information provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance for rental properties in the Mansfield area.
• Assist Lula Pros with on-demand plumbing tasks as they arise.
• Coordinate with property managers to schedule and complete work.
• Provide timely communication and labor for assignments.
