NP MECHANICAL INC., B2C MECHANICAL INC., RICE SERVICES INC. seeks a skilled Plumber for the Multifamily Division. This in-person role follows a 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday, with overtime possible.

You will install and maintain plumbing in multi-family buildings, read blueprints, coordinate with construction teams, inspect systems for leaks, install fixtures, and ensure compliance with local codes. Join a team that values safety, quality, and professional growth.

We are seeking a Plumber for the Multifamily Division to join our team!

This position requires working in person, with a standard schedule M-F from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The schedule is subject to change with the approval of direct supervisor.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Valid plumbing license and certification applicable to state regulations

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in multi-family residential plumbing

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing schematics

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards

Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in new and existing multi-family units

Ability to operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions

Strong communication skills for coordinating with construction teams and clients

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits

Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company safety policies

Ability to handle physical workload of 50 pounds
