Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction projects. Your expertise in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and ability to read schematics will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to high-quality building solutions that enhance our clients’ spaces.

Duties
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs.
  • Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly with precision to ensure leak-free connections.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems to ensure optimal operation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with other trades to coordinate installation processes on complex projects.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions on-site.
  • Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols during construction site activities.
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a federal-level drug screening(marijuana prohibited due to federal compliance requirements)
  • Active Journeyman Plumber license (Oregon and Washington preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing and site work.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams confidently.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and mechanical principles relevant to plumbing installations.
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning.
  • Experience with remodeling, maintenance work, assembly tasks, and handyman activities is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
