Plumber Installer - Summary

• Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
• Work with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality plumbing services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize company-supplied vehicles, tools, and technology to perform job duties efficiently and safely.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand skills and knowledge in the plumbing field.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures in residential structures.
• Install hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, toilets, and various plumbing fixtures.
• Perform sump pump installation and the installation of hung sewers.
• Re-pipe entire homes as necessary, ensuring all work meets local codes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, as well as a well-inventoried work vehicle.
• Demonstrate professionalism and expertise to earn customer referrals and repeat business.
• Actively participate in all training sessions, morning meetings, and company retreats.
• Communicate effectively with managers, parts teams, and installation crews to coordinate work.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation related to jobs performed.
• Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications, with company support as needed.
