Service Experts is seeking a skilled Plumber in Goshen, Kentucky to perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. You will read blueprints, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure adherence to codes and safety standards.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior plumbers, manage materials and documentation, and contribute to efficiency and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a plumber.

Welcome! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our Service Experts team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing duties, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Carry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
• Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Plumber with 4+ years of work experience in the industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Expertise in interpreting and analyzing complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and advanced plumbing techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and manage plumbing teams effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.
