Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Plumber III to apply general knowledge on moderately complex plumbing projects under general supervision.

Responsibilities include assembling repair kits, staging work areas, taking measurements, managing parts and logs, updating maintenance systems, and coaching junior staff.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble repair/install kits per BOMs; verify completeness before job start.
• Stage areas—set up protection, buckets, drain hoses, signage, and tool sets.
• Assist with measurements—record slope, hanger spacing, pressure; ensure logs are complete.
• Manage parts returns/warranty cores; track tags and shipping.
• Update CMMS tasks—attach photos, readings, and closure notes provided by plumbers.
• Receive and label parts/materials, check against POs, and store per spec.
• Prepare systems for testing—fill/bleed, purge air, set gauges; record baselines.
• Maintain toolrooms—shadow boards, calibration dates visible; track and resolve missing items.
• Support teardown cleaning and inspection; organize components by stage.
• Coach S2/S1 on kitting accuracy and documentation basics.
