Minimum Qualification Requirements
  • Legal Authorization to Work: The State of Hawai‘i requires all persons seeking employment with the state government to be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
  • State of Hawai‘i Plumber License: Applicants must possess a valid State of Hawai‘i Journey Worker Plumber License or Master Plumber License at the time of application.   • Driver's License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. The immediate vacancy has this requirement.
