• Understand the entire project scope, including other trade work.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and other stakeholders.

Job description

Position Summary

Berg Enterprises, Inc. is seeking experienced plumbers to join our team working on HVAC projects in San Antonio, TX, and other sites throughout Texas. Upon project completion, employees may have the opportunity to travel to other regional and national project sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Take charge of all assigned work and maintain a sense of ownership of all scope on-site
• Walk the site in an observant manner, taking note of hazards and, when appropriate, correcting them accordingly
• Develop an awareness of the entire project to include other trade work
• Communicate with fellow crew members, assigned foreman, and with public, customers, or adjacent trade crews when necessary
