Job summary

Axis CLC Group in the UK is seeking a Plumber to join the CARE Team, delivering reactive repairs, maintenance and minor installations in occupied and void properties. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs to plumbing systems, and keep residents informed with clear communication.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, and reliable IT use on handheld devices or job management systems. Salary £40,000–£43,000, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of domestic plumbing systems and common repair methods.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with handheld devices or job management systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, cylinders, radiators and fittings.
• Carry out minor plumbing installations and replacement works.
• Record job progress and completion details on handheld or job management systems.
• Liaise professionally with residents and report safeguarding or access concerns.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
