Qualifications

• Experience in construction, plumbing, or labor areas is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with sewer and water line installations and repairs
• Help with excavation, trenching, and job site preparation
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
• Perform digging, backfilling, and site cleanup
• Assist with underground plumbing installations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
• Support project plumbers and crew leaders as needed
