Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking truly remarkable and outstanding plumbers to join our Austin, TX team. The pay is hourly with overtime for over 40 hours, plus add-on sales bonuses and up to 6% monthly profit sharing based on performance. Average annual wages exceed $100k.

We offer up to 4 weeks PTO, major medical, dental, and vision coverage. Licensed plumbers with 5+ years’ experience are encouraged to apply; company trucks may be used by nearby employees.

Formación

• Must have a good driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Must have a Texas Tradesman’s of Journeyman’s plumbing license.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
• Explain each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Always maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles.
