Campbell Property Management is seeking a skilled Plumber to perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting across our properties in Miami. The role covers water systems, copper piping, valves, drainage, and leak repairs, with additional general maintenance duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on plumbing experience, knowledge of copper piping, and the ability to work independently while following safety procedures. This full-time position offers a daytime schedule and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience required.

• Experience unclogging drain lines using a plumbing snake.

Responsibilities

• Perform riser shutdowns and water line shutoffs as needed for maintenance and repairs.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting throughout the property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with water systems, copper piping, valves, drainage systems, and leak repairs. This role also assists with general building maintenance as needed to ensure the property’s systems and common areas remain safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform riser shutdowns and water line shutoffs as needed for maintenance and repairs.
• Solder valves and copper pipe fittings to complete plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Operate a plumbing snake to unclog drain lines and resolve drainage issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair minor plumbing problems, including leaks, faulty valves, and damaged fittings.
• Inspect plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and related equipment to identify leaks, damage, and maintenance needs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and complete assigned plumbing work orders accurately and on schedule.
