Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, repair of plumbing systems and components.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing and gas systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot toilets, valves, pumps, pipes and fixtures.
• Utilize CMMS to log time and work performed; respond to emergencies as needed.
