About The Role
As a Plumber Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced plumbers to learn the trade while assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance on job sites. You’ll be expected to arrive on time, prepared with the necessary tools and safety equipment, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship, following construction plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll also attend weekly safety meetings, accurately track work hours, and assist with jobsite tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience. What You'll Do

• Ensure all projects are constructed with VO quality workmanship.
• Complete projects to the customer’s approval and acceptance within budget and schedule.
• Arrive on time, prepared with tools and safety equipment; make arrangements for carpooling if possible. Be prepared to work beyond 3:30 PM if needed to meet project deadlines.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and work safely every day to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete and submit daily timecards with accurate job numbers, cost codes, and hours.
• Maintain a clean jobsite, organize inventory, secure tools and materials, and report any repair needs.
• Assist co-workers for on-the-job training and promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in local plumbing training programs; passing grades and hours are required for step raises every 6 months.
