Endless Energy is hiring an Apprentice Plumber to support installation and service operations in Marlborough, MA. You will work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties, diagnosing issues, following blueprints, and coordinating with contractors and HVAC teams.

The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and safety, with opportunities for overtime in a fast-paced environment. Must reside near Marlborough and possess EPA certification or be working toward Tier I/II license.

Qualifications

Must be driven, highly organized, and detail‑oriented to work in this exciting, fast‑paced environment. Candidate must be located within a reasonable distance of Marlborough, MA.

Desired Candidate Background

• Apprentice Plumber license - Tier I or Tier II
• High School or GED equivalent preferred; EAP Certification required
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver record
• Must be able to undergo a background check
• Must be able to speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus!
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly and able to learn and follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority
• Must be able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day

• Full-time position with overtime potential (regular hours will be 7:00am-4pm)
