WHO WE NEED:
A full-time Plumber Apprentice for residential work. Prior experience in residential plumbing and drain cleaning is a plus, but not necessary. The apprentice will apply technical skills to perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential environments, ensuring work complies with relevant codes. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to plumbing code specifications.

WHAT WE DO:
All residential plumbing, including water heaters, water conditioning, drain clearing, piping, pumps, diagnosis, and more. We prioritize doing it right and providing excellent customer service by caring for each person and presenting options for their home and family.

HOW WE DO IT:
By hiring proactive, motivated individuals eager for growth. We can train skills, but candidates should have a working knowledge of residential plumbing, including water heaters, pumps, drains, piping, repairs, and troubleshooting. Comfort and confidence in customer interactions, presenting options, collecting payments, and managing various tasks are essential. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards career advancement are important.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
Your day includes starting early, preparing your company-provided truck, using your company iPad and iPhone for work opportunities, arriving punctually at customer homes, delivering exceptional service, receiving real-time coaching, having parts delivered, recording notes, collecting payments, and ending the day satisfied with your work.
